Runners with Weights

Friday morning Runners with Weights is a class for those of you with weights at home and are ready to use them. You will be provided instructions for using 10-45lb kettlebells and dumbbells on movements for a tough full body workout.  
WHEN: Friday mornings, 6:00am-6:45am PDT
WHO: Anyone who wants to do strength training designed specifically for runners and keep the dust of your home weights.  
WHY: Lifting heavy weights helps build strength, activate muscles and improve durability. 
HOW: You can join the Runners with Weights crew on Zoom by purchasing an All Access Pass and then you can tune in to all the UltraU offerings. 
COST: $65 for the All Access Pass.
