Strength Training for Runners

STRENGTH TRAINING FOR RUNNERS is designed for runners, by a runner and is attended by runners. In class, heavy weights meet stability and core exercises. At Strength Training for Runners athletes get lots of attention as classes are capped at a maximum of 10 people. You can expect all types of exercises targeting the glutes, hips and core. Kettlebell deadlifts one day, squats on a BOSU the next. TRX, free weights, weighted sleds and heavy wall balls are all in rotation for this class.  

Where: The state of the art training facility at Evolution Healthcare and Fitness. 
When: Wednesday nights. Two classes available, 5:00-6:00pm and 6:00-7:00pm. 
Who: Runners or endurance athletes looking to up their game, lift some weights and challenge yourself. No membership required.
