Monday morning Rise and Shine is for every runner. Don't just say you will do more PT, more core work, more mobility and more foam rolling, DO IT. 45 minutes. As part of your monthly all access pass you can join class live or sleep in and workout with the recording another time.
Wednesday eve at 5:00pm
Wednesday evening Strength Training for Runners is a bodyweight workout focused on hips, glutes and core. You will work on balance, stability, mobility and strength to be road and trail ready. 45 minutes. Free and open to all. Recorded session available to all access pass holders only.
Friday morning at 6:00am
Friday morning Runners with Weights is a class for those of you with weights at home and are ready to use them. You will be provided with instructions for using 10-45lb kettlebells and dumbbells on movements for a tough full body workout. As part of your monthly all access pass you can join class live or sleep in and workout with the recording another time.
