About Dana

Whether you’re preparing for your fastest marathon, a stage race or your first 100 miler, Dana will provide you an engaging, challenging, and inspiring program to help you reach your potential. 

As a certified running coach and ultrarunner with ultramarathon experience from 50ks to 100 milers and stage racing, she’s been influenced by the methods of the Hansons, Orton, Maffetone, Friel, and some crazy awesome life hackers.

Dana believes in experimental baking, geeking out on data, the Radio Lab podcast, core work, and races that last a real long time. Her motto? There is no bad weather, only poor clothing choices.  

Dana has experienced the high of insanely awesome PR days, the low of ultramarathon disappointments and the extreme low of foot injuries lasting way too long. Dana knows runners, because she is a runner, just like you.

2020 | Border to Border ski across Finland, 250 miles. Then everything got cancelled. :)
2019​​ | 400 mile cycle across Jordan. 70.3 Cartagena, Colombia
2018 | Joshua Tree Traverse 37 mile run. TransAtlas Marathon, 6 day stage race in Morocco 
2017 | Victoria 70.3. Portland Bridge Swim 11 mile Endurance Swim

2016 | Year of rehab, ridiculous amounts of foot rehab
2015 | Marathon PR, 3:31:08. Vermont 100 Mile Endurance Run
2014 | Rocky Raccoon 100 Mile Endurance Run, sub-24 hour finisher. Laugavegur 55K, Iceland
2013 | Bighorn 100 Mile Trail Run
2012 | Zion 100 Mile Trail Run
