All for hips

HIP MOBILITY. You will need a foam roller. 
HIP STRENGTH V.0. You will need a mini band and a foam roller. Just like we do in class, great corrective exercises. 
HIP STRENGTH V.1 You will need a sturdy chair, a mini band and something to help you slide on your floor.
Hip STRENGTH V.2. You will need mini bands and heavy weights.
