Your 2021 Goals

I asked athletes in Strength Training for Runners to tell me their 2021 goals. I captured some in the video above, but in case you are curious about the goals of the full Wednesday night crew, check them out:
  • Run my first 50k, 50 mile, 100 mile race. 
  • Run four 50ks this year. 
  • Find as many bird species as possible within a five mile radius of my house.
  • ​Learn how to bake bread with my gifted sourdough starter.
  • Be consistent with Strength Training for Runners
  • Keeping my eyes on long term goals for more joy + more miles + more adventures!!!
  • Kill all hillz on my bike!!!!
  • Get the COVID vaccine
  • Run 2,021 miles in 2021
  • Live a purposeful life
  • Have better consistency
  • Stick to reasonable mileage increases
  • Don't get injured :-)
  • Oregon Coast Multi-Day
  • Get back to marathons!
  • Run 40 miles to celebrate turning 40 years!
  • Yoga 2x week 
  • Eat vegetables
  • First enduro gravel bike race!
  • Continue not to wait till a new year to start something meaningful
  • Rehab, repair, get back to running
  • Make a good friend
