The October Running Reboot IS NOT a running plan. The running reboot is a thinking plan. The idea behind the reboot is to bring daily challenges to your thinking about how you run, when you run, how you fuel, and how you motivate.
I know it sounds nerdy, but wow, it is easy to get in habits that aren't helping our running. When we spend a little time thinking about them, it may help us refine our training, rethink our workouts and run happier.
To help process all the new information and talk about all things running, there are open office hours every Tuesday night for the month of October. Everyone is welcome to come and chat about running, snacks, and life. (SNACKING IS LIFE!)
The program will officially start on Monday, October 4 and run all four weeks in October. So glad you are joining!
