Mobilization for feet and calves with a lacrosse ball. 10 minutes with a bonus back and shoulder massage. 
This foot focused video goes from warm up to self massage to gua sha and mobilization so you are ready to run/lift/jump with strong, mobile feet. 
Try compression as a recovery tool using a Voodoo Strap, bike tube or PT band. Mobilize tissue, bring blood flow and restore range of motion.
