Runners with Weights

Friday morning Runners with Weights is a class for those of you with weights at home and are ready to use them. You will be provided instructions for using 10-45lb kettlebells and dumbbells on movements for a tough full body workout.  
WHEN: Friday mornings, 6:00am-6:45am PDT
WHO: Anyone who wants to do strength training designed specifically for runners and keep the dust of your home weights.  
WHY: Lifting heavy weights helps build strength, activate muscles and improve durability. 
HOW: There are 2 ways to join in this Zoom class. You can join the Runners with Weights crew by purchasing a month of classes below OR you can buy the all access pass and tune in to all the UltraU offerings. 
COST: $65 for the All Access Pass.
