STRENGTH TRAINING FOR RUNNERS

Zoom edition- for an awesome home workout
A FREE class offered direct to your screen on Wednesday nights to bring the running community together with squats, planks and drills. 
WHEN: Wednesday nights, 5:00pm-5:45pm PDT
WHO: Anyone with an internet connection, all are invited. Invite your friends, co-workers, trail buddies. 
WHY: Be the champion of your block. Be the fittest person in your house. Win fastest to get upstairs. Everyone loves a winner.
HOW: Visit here weekly to sign up for the Zoom class. Register in advance so I know who to expect. 
COST: Free. The end. For those of you who wish to pay for this service, it is much appreciated. Tip jar below.
