STRENGTH TRAINING FOR RUNNERS

Evolution Healthcare and Fitness

STRENGTH TRAINING FOR RUNNERS is designed for runners, by a runner and is attended by runners. In class, heavy weights meet stability and core exercises. At Strength Training for Runners athletes get lots of attention as classes are capped at a maximum of 8 people. You can expect all types of exercises targeting the glutes, hips and core. Kettlebell deadlifts one day, squats on a BOSU the next. TRX, free weights, weighted sleds and heavy wall balls are all in rotation for this class.

Evolution is OPEN for classes and the sanitation is next level.  Sign ups are required, masks are mandatory and everyone is subject to a temperature check upon entering the gym. Attendees will need to wash hands and wipe down equipment after use. 


Where: The state of the art training facility at Evolution Healthcare and Fitness. 
When: Wednesday nights. 7:00-8:00pm. 
Who: Runners or endurance athletes looking to up their game, lift some weights and challenge yourself. No membership required.
