About All Access Pass Classes:
Strength Training for Runners is a bodyweight workout focused on hips, glutes and core to make you road and trail ready. Class includes single leg stability, foot strength, trunk mobility, specific core strength and explosive work. Live Wednesday evening at 5pm. Try this class for free!
Runners with Weights utilizes your home weights from 15-45lbs to work in balance. Weighted single leg balance work and exercises for improved posture, strength and power. Practicing good mechanics in class helps you bring good mechanics to training. Live Friday morning at 6am.
