Workouts are delivered through Training Peaks, a calendar application that sends your workout to your inbox or you can log in and check out your week ahead. Links to strength vidoes are included for easy access.
Once you do your workout, Training Peaks makes it easy to both sync the workout from your watch and upload comments on how you felt.
You will get feedback and data analysis from your coach through Training Peaks on how it went, how it is going and any changes to workouts based on the work you are doing.
The first few weeks of coaching are spent getting to know you with different runs, both difficult and easy to learn your cadence, speeds, HRs at different efforts and routes. Once the data is collected, HR zones are determined, workouts are planned and it is off to the races.
