Want to get in that one tough workout per week but could use a push to get it done in the dark? Join the Vert Club. Dana will program hill and stair based workouts with the goal of working hard with tempo and interval workouts planned as a group. Each week you will get a customized warm up, a killer workout, and the camaraderie of other mountain, trail and endurance athletes striving to reach new levels.
